Højby is a pocket-sized village in northwestern Zealand, Denmark, seat of Odsherred Municipality, known for the medieval frescoes inside Højby Kirke. The Bronze Age Sun Chariot — one of Denmark's most celebrated archaeological finds — was discovered in the nearby Trundholm bog, just across the parish boundary. The village sits a short distance west of Nykøbing Sjælland, with listed heritage architecture in the area and UNESCO World Heritage sites within the wider region.
