Sarrant

A small hamlet in the Gers department of southwestern France, Sarrant sits in the Lomagne — a historic part of Gascony sometimes called the "French Tuscany" — and holds membership in the Les Plus Beaux Villages de France association. Its medieval town gate, the porte de ville, is a listed historic monument. The village lies within the wider orbit of Toulouse and is drained by the Gimone river and smaller waterways.
