Rokiškis

Pocket-sized town in northeastern Lithuania near the Latvia border, Rokiškis is built around a late 18th-century centre developed under the Tyzenhauz family, with the 19th-century Rokiškis Manor and Church of St. Matthew connected by a pedestrian route through Independence Square. The Laukupė River runs through the town, and a modest cluster of cafés and restaurants serves the central area.
