Kupiškis

Lithuania

A compact city in northeastern Lithuania, Kupiškis sits at the confluence of the Lėvuo and Kupa rivers — the latter giving the town its name — and borders one of Lithuania's largest water reservoirs. The town is known for its public sculptures and holds an ethnography museum and a 1914 Catholic church. Scenic viewpoints in the surrounding countryside add to its appeal as a base for exploring this part of the Panevėžio region.
