Sitting directly on the Dordogne river in southwestern France, this tiny village carries membership in Les Plus Beaux Villages de France and a strong reputation for photography, with cliffs rising behind it and water at its doorstep. Despite its small size, it has a handful of cafés and restaurants, and scenic viewpoints in the surrounding area make it a natural stop along the Dordogne valley.
