Glengarriff
Ireland
This little village on the Beara Peninsula in County Cork where Glengarriff Bay meets the hills, with scenic viewpoints in the surrounding area and a handful of cafés and restaurants that punch above its size. It became a tourist resort in the late 19th century, when visitors arrived by paddle steamer, and remains a common stopping point on routes around southwest Ireland's Bantry Bay coastline.
