Skala Eresou
Λέσβος, Λήμνος · Greece
Small seaside village on the Greek island of Lesbos with a beach that has repeatedly won the Blue Flag award, Skala Eresou has an unusually dense café and restaurant scene for its size, with wooden-decked terraces set directly on the sand. A small archaeological collection, housed in a former school building, holds Archaic, Classical, and Hellenistic finds from the area. The western end of the beach falls within a Natura 2000 protected zone.
