Sinalunga

Modest Tuscan hill town in the province of Siena, Sinalunga sits on the ridge dividing the Val di Chiana from the Valle dell'Ombrone, with vineyards in the surrounding countryside and a café and restaurant scene strong for its size. The town splits into two distinct parts — the upper Sinalunga Alta and the lower Pieve di Sinalunga — and several historic churches are spread across both.
