Salinelles
Gard · France
A small wine-country hamlet in the southern Gard, Salinelles sits along the Vidourle river in a Mediterranean landscape of protected natural areas, including the Costières de Nîmes. Two listed historic monuments stand in the village: the Chapelle Saint-Julien de Montredon, classified in 1973, and a Protestant temple inscribed in 1991. The wider region holds several UNESCO World Heritage sites, and the mountains are within reach.
