This pocket-sized town in northeastern Småland, Sweden, is best known as the home of the Hultsfred Festival, and sits alongside the Sharp and Shallow Lake — a body of water memorably described by one visiting musician as cold, shallow, and muddy. The municipal seat of Hultsfred Municipality in Kalmar County, it has drawn enough independent traveller interest to earn its own Wikivoyage entry.
