Fuefuki
Japan
Japan's top-producing city for both peaches and grapes, Fuefuki sits in the Kōfu Basin of Yamanashi Prefecture, where fruit orchards cover the valley floor and local wineries draw on harvests that rank first nationally. The city formed in 2004 from the merger of six municipalities and sits within reach of UNESCO World Heritage sites in the wider region, with mountain views framing the basin on all sides.
