A tiny Swiss town on the north-eastern shore of Lake Zurich, Zollikon sits along the stretch known as the Goldküste — the Gold Coast — and offers lake views, a café and restaurant scene for its size, and proximity to vineyards. The municipality also includes Zollikerberg, a higher-elevation settlement on the road toward Forch, adding scenic variety to what is otherwise a prosperous lakeside suburb of Zürich.
