Cyprus
Vavla, a small village in Cyprus's Larnaca district, is home to the Church of Panagia tis Agapis — reputedly the only chapel in Cyprus, and in the world, dedicated to the Virgin Mary of Love and to those in love. The village also holds several historic churches for a settlement of its size, and the wider region is ringed by UNESCO World Heritage sites.
