Talsarnau
TLL32 · United Kingdom
This small Welsh village on the Ardudwy coast of Gwynedd, Talsarnau sits where the A496 road runs between Maentwrog and Harlech, with the Dwyryd estuary's Traeth Bach close to the west and mountain terrain rising around it. The farmhouse Y Lasynys Fawr, just south toward Harlech, was the birthplace of Ellis Wynne (1671–1734), author of the Welsh classic Gweledigaethau y Bardd Cwsc. The village is served by a station on the Cambrian Line.
