Sokodé

Togo

Sokodé is Togo's second-largest city, sitting at the country's geographic midpoint where the humid coastal climate gives way to the drier Sahel conditions of the north. The historic centre holds a notable concentration of churches, and the surrounding landscape brings mountains into view. It is the heartland of the Kotokoli people and serves as the administrative capital of the Central Region.
