Senanga

Sitting on the eastern bank of the Zambezi River at the southern end of the Barotse Floodplain, Senanga is a Zambian district capital that hosts the annual Zambia Sport Fishing Competition, drawing local and international participants to waters known for nembwe, tigerfish, and slidejaw. The town also serves as a base for boat fishing tours and sits within reach of Ngonye Falls and Sioma Ngwezi National Park.
