Parella

A little Canavese hamlet north of Turin, Parella is home to a castle dating from the 13th to 17th centuries, with frescoes and paintings, and included in the circuit of Canavese castles. The surrounding Piedmont region is deep wine country, with UNESCO World Heritage sites nearby, including the Olivetti complex in Ivrea.
