Morocco
Known as Morocco's oyster capital, Oualidia is a small Atlantic coast town beside a protected natural lagoon, midway between El Jadida and Asfi. Shellfish harvesting shapes the local economy and the restaurant scene, with cafés and seafood tables in the central core. Scenic viewpoints open up across the lagoon and surrounding coastline.
