Argentina Tigre

Nordelta

Tigre · Argentina

A large planned community in Tigre, Buenos Aires Province, Nordelta was founded in 1999 as Argentina's first ciudadpueblo — a self-contained residential development built across the Paraná wetlands, with a shopping mall, sports facilities, private schools, and a concentrated café and restaurant scene. Its waterway-laced layout and relative affluence have drawn comparisons to Miami. The project has also attracted criticism for its environmental impact on the surrounding wetlands.
