Mudanya district
Bursa · Türkiye
A compact seafront town on the Gulf of Gemlik along Turkey's southern Marmara coast, Mudanya has a walkable centre with cafés and restaurants and a photogenic waterfront. Ferries connect it to Istanbul, and the historic Mudanya–Bursa railway once linked it to the city of Bursa to the south. The town produces olive oil and has a working pier used by fishing and cargo boats, with UNESCO World Heritage sites in the wider Bursa region.
