A city in south-central Saskatchewan known for its geothermal spa, casino, and the underground Tunnels of Moose Jaw — a network linked in local lore to Prohibition-era smuggling. Home to CFB Moose Jaw, a NATO flight training base and the base of the Snowbirds, Canada's military aerobatic display team, the city sits on the Trans-Canada Highway a short drive west of Regina. Cafés and restaurants are concentrated in a compact centre, and the Moose Jaw River runs through the city.
