Llanwddyn
TLL41 · United Kingdom
Lake Vyrnwy reservoir sits at the heart of this small Welsh hamlet in Montgomeryshire, Powys, with the RSPB managing the surrounding land and operating several bird hides along the water's edge. The original village of Llanwddyn was submerged when the reservoir was created in the 1880s. A folk festival takes place in the village hall each September.
