Lidzbark
Poland
Modest town in north-central Poland's Warmian–Masurian Voivodeship, Lidzbark sits on the Wel river and Lake Lidzbark, giving it a waterside character that supports an established base of accommodation and restaurants. Officially designated a tourist town, it is a member of Cittaslow, the international network of towns committed to a slower pace of life. It is commonly known as Lidzbark Welski to distinguish it from the nearby Lidzbark Warmiński.
