Leshan

The Leshan Giant Buddha — carved into a clifftop at the confluence of the Dadu, Min, and Qingyi rivers during the Tang dynasty — draws visitors to this large city in Sichuan Province, where the UNESCO-listed Mount Emei rises nearby.
