A small hamlet in the Lozère department of southern France where the Tarn and Jonte rivers meet, Le Rozier sits at the entrance to the Gorges du Tarn and Gorges de la Jonte — a dramatic mountain landscape designated as a Natura 2000 site. Despite its size, it has a handful of cafés and restaurants, making it a practical base for exploring the surrounding gorges and Cévennes terrain.
