Lautoka
Fiji
Fiji's second-largest city and the heart of the country's sugarcane belt, Lautoka on the west coast of Viti Levu has long been known as the Sugar City. Less oriented toward tourism than other parts of Fiji, it offers a botanical garden of tropical plants and sits within walking distance of the coast, with mountain terrain in the surrounding area.
