Santiago's main financial district, Las Condes is an affluent commune in the city's northeastern corner whose dense concentration of corporate towers has earned the nickname "Sanhattan." Beyond the business core, the area offers a strong café and restaurant scene and sits close to the Andes, making it a practical base for both urban and mountain activity.
