Tiny mountain town in northern Montenegro that serves as a base for skiing in winter and hiking in summer, with the ranges of Bjelasica, Sinjajevina, and Komovi rising nearby. The Morača River runs through the area, and the town holds a reasonable spread of cafés, hotels, and apartments for its size. Local specialities include lisnati sir cheese and smočani kačamak. Several UNESCO World Heritage sites lie within the wider region.
