Keila-Joa
Estonia
Keila Falls, the third most powerful waterfall in Estonia, gives this modest hamlet in northern Estonia's Harju County its name — Keila-Joa literally means "Keila Falls" in Estonian. The falls sit alongside a little hydroelectric power plant, and the surrounding area offers scenic viewpoints along the Keila River.
