Kazungula
Zambia
At Kazungula, a small Zambian border town on the north bank of the Zambezi River, the territories of four countries — Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Namibia — converge at one of the world's more unusual boundary points. A bridge completed in 2021 now links Zambia and Botswana across the river, replacing a ferry crossing where trucks once waited up to two weeks to cross. The Chobe River meets the Zambezi nearby, and Livingstone is a short drive east along the M10.
