Kapiri Mposhi
Zambia
Kapiri Mposhi, in Zambia's Central Province, is the western terminus of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway, where the TAZARA line from Dar es Salaam has connected East and Central Africa since 1976. The town also sits on the Great North Road and links to the Zambia Railways network running between Kitwe and Lusaka, making it a practical transit hub for overland travellers moving through the region.
