This walkable Mekong River town in southeastern Cambodia with a real café and restaurant scene, Kampong Cham sits a few hours northeast of Phnom Penh and serves as the provincial capital. The Kizuna Bridge, the first in Cambodia to span the Mekong, connects the town to the district of Tbong Khmum across the river.
