Ivancice
Czechia
Birthplace of the Art Nouveau painter Alphonse Mucha and the actor Vladimír Menšík, Ivančice is a pocket-sized South Moravian town where three rivers — the Jihlava, Oslava, and Rokytná — meet at its edge. The historic centre is protected as an urban monument zone, and the town sits within the Znojmo wine subregion, with its own named vineyard tracts. A significant Jewish community shaped the town from the 17th century until World War II.
