Świebodzin, a town in western Poland's Lubusz Voivodeship, is home to the Christ the King statue, completed in November 2010 and among the tallest statues of Jesus in the world. The town sits on the Łagów Lakeland and has been documented since 1302. It also serves as a significant road junction where major national routes and a nearby motorway converge, making it a practical stop between Berlin and Poznań.
