Corinaldo

Birthplace of Saint Maria Goretti and producer of Verdicchio wine, Corinaldo is a pocket-sized walled town in the Marche region of central Italy, listed among I Borghi più belli d'Italia. Its 14th-century walls are well preserved, and the town hosts a Halloween festival each October. A little central core offers cafés and restaurants, with mountains visible from the town and water within walking distance.
