Budhabare is a village in Jhapa district of south-eastern Nepal, crossed by the Hadiya Khola river and known locally for its betelnut production and the weekly Wednesday market that grew significantly after the Mechi Highway was constructed through the area, linking the districts of the Mechi zone.
